USB起動ディスク作成ユーティリティRufus v3.0のローカライゼーションをしました

2018年5月29日、Rufusの最新版3.0がリリースされました。RufusはUSB起動ディスク作成ユーティリティです。 UbuntuやWindowsのUSB起動ディスクを簡単に作成することができます。

3.0のリリースにあたり、ローカライゼーションのために少しコミットした((GitHub上の該当コミットその1、GitHub上の該当コミットその2))のでそれも含めた宣伝です。UIの翻訳とウェブサイトの翻訳の改善を行いました。
